We began this leg of the journey by driving from Rottenburg, Germany to a castle on the Rhine River in Oberwessel. The castle was an old medieval castle. We stayed in the honeymoon suite ( it was the only place big enough for the four of us). My grandmother and I slept in Murphy beds that came out of book shelves. The castle provided all of our meals and had beautiful grounds.
After visiting the castle we drove to Frankfurt to pick up my older brother, Zack. Once we had him we drove to Requewhir, France. It is a little town in the Alsace region. We had a wonderful dinner. The place where we ate had a set menu that was incredible. After dinner we went to a local bar to watch the World Cup. My brother, father, and I stayed in one room and my mother and grandmother in another. My brother was snoring so loudly it was hard to sleep. The hotel was very charming.
That was part three of our European vacation! I hope you liked it!
